Chocolate and White Chocolate Muffins
2 ½c SR flour
¼c cocoa powder
¾c firmly packed brown sugar
1c white choc bits
90g butter, melted
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 ¼c milk
Sift dry ingredients into large bowl, stir in remaining ingredients. Spoon mixture into 12 muffin pan. Bake in moderately hot (200-210C) oven about 20 minutes.
