Make It Perfect
oh so cute…some little crocheted treasures and my baby lil. my aunty barbara crocheted the beautiful cardigan – i wonder if they come in adult sizes because i so want one! she is so clever. the little teddy bear is a gift from marnie. my favourite soft toy – i want to learn to make them. i took a thousand (almost) photos of lil on sunday afternoon, hence the large amount of photos on this post! she was being so adorable.
okay, now i want to learn to crochet!
We were lucky on Saturday morning to have a visit from Marnie and Denver as they were on their way to Cradle Mountain for the weekend. Lots of fun having a little catch up with them…I had a sleep in on Saturday so it was lucky they called ahead and gave me some time to have a shower and look semi-reasonable! Although, I don’t think Marnie would have cared – she has seen me looking much worse! Oscar loves to play with Denver, wish they lived closer and we could do more fun stuff together 🙁
I got this great dip recipe from Simone…and she thinks she can’t cook…
Bacon and Corn Dip
125g cream cheese, softened
300ml sour cream
2 Tbs chopped parsley
3 Tbs chopped chives
1/2 cup corn relish
3 rashers bacon, diced and fried (or more if you like)
dash tobasco sauce
Mix all ingredients together until smooth and well combined.
